We work together with our customers’ engineers to develop new products that fulfil the most demanding requirements in the industry.
We are specialized in highly complex parts, with dynamic components, fully customized in both medium and long batches, using Multi-Slide machines (Bihler) with tools designed and developed 100% by RPK engineers for each client and product.
Stamping is another of our fields of expertise. We design and produce unique high-precision parts manufactured with high-speed presses and unique tooling.

What types of stamped metal parts does RPK Group manufacture?
RPK Group produces precision-stamped and bent metal parts, including dynamic strip components (parts that combine spring and structural function), contact elements, safety clips, latch mechanisms, brackets, shields, and complex multi-axis formed parts. We also produce stamped parts that integrate directly with spring assemblies produced in the same facility.
Can you manufacture stamped parts for ADAS and automotive safety systems?
Yes. RPK Group supplies precision-stamped and bent metal parts to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers for radar sensor housings, brake system components, airbag system retainers, and other safety-critical assemblies. These parts are manufactured under IATF 16949 certification, with 100% inspection capability to meet zero-defect delivery requirements.
What is the difference between a standard stamped part and a dynamic strip part?
A standard stamped part is formed to a static geometry and maintains that geometry in service. A dynamic strip part is stamped and formed to create an intentional spring function: it deflects under load and returns to its original position. RPK Group specializes in these dynamic strip components, which combine the manufacturability of stamping with the functional performance of a spring.
What material thicknesses can you process?
RPK Group processes a wide range of material thicknesses appropriate to precision stamping, from thin strip for contact and spring elements to heavier gauge for structural components. Contact our engineering team with your specific thickness and material requirements.
Do you build your own stamping and multislide tools in-house?
Yes. RPK Group operates an in-house machine and tooling workshop. This means tooling design, manufacture, and maintenance are controlled internally, reducing lead time, tooling costs, and the risk of quality drift over a tool's service life.
Can you supply stamped parts for e-mobility and EV applications?
RPK Group supplies stamped metal parts for EV powertrain housings, battery management system assemblies, charging system components, and thermal management structures. Parts are engineered for the lightweighting, corrosion resistance, and dimensional precision requirements of electric vehicle platforms.
Do you supply stamped parts for the medical device industry?
RPK Group manufactures precision-stamped components for medical device manufacturers. Medical-stamped parts require biocompatible materials, tight dimensional tolerances, clean-room handling, and traceability. Our manufacturing systems support ISO 13485 quality requirements for medical device supply chains.
